These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Jeera ("Jeera," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of jeera.io, the Jeera application, the Jeera Local Agent desktop application, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it, including activity performed through a personal API key you generate or an AI tool you connect. Notify us immediately at raviprajna.prajna@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Jeera is an agentic work-management application that provides list, board, table, calendar, timeline, roadmap, dashboard, workload, form, and document views over a shared set of work items, synced across your devices, with optional collaboration through teams and shared links, and optional access for external AI tools you connect via a personal API key. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect your use of the Service.
Jeera is offered on a Free plan and a Paid plan. Every feature, including AI features, is available on both plans — the plans differ only in scale limits.
If you upgrade to the Paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) and, unless otherwise stated, are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our prices on a going-forward basis with reasonable advance notice; continued use of a paid subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price. You may downgrade from the Paid plan to the Free plan at any time; content or configuration that exceeds Free plan limits at the time of downgrade will remain accessible but you will not be able to create additional workspaces, teams, people, or automations beyond the Free plan limits until you upgrade again.
You agree not to, and not to permit others using your account to:
We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement where warranted.
You retain all ownership rights in the boards, items, documents, forms, comments, files, and other content you create or upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Jeera a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Service for you and anyone you authorize to access it, including sending relevant portions of it to an AI tool you connect, as described in our Privacy Policy. This license ends when you delete the relevant content or your account, except to the extent retention is described in our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having all rights necessary to share it through the Service. If you choose to make a document, form, or board publicly accessible via a shared link, you understand and agree that anyone with that link may view it, and you are responsible for that decision.
You represent that Your Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at raviprajna.prajna@gmail.com with sufficient detail for us to investigate, and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Jeera's AI features work by constructing a prompt from your request and relevant context, and handing it to an AI tool you connect and authenticate independently (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI, or GitHub Copilot). You are responsible for your own account, subscription, usage costs, and compliance with the terms of any third-party AI tool you connect. Jeera does not control the outputs generated by third-party AI tools and does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content — including AI-built views, forms, documents, and agents — before relying on it. Agents run only when you or your connected AI tool explicitly trigger them; Jeera does not execute agents unattended on your behalf.
If you generate a personal API key to connect an external tool via our MCP server or REST API, you are responsible for keeping that key confidential and for all actions taken using it. You may revoke a key at any time from Settings. The Jeera Local Agent is optional desktop software that runs on your own machine to bridge your browser to AI CLI tools already installed locally; it is provided "as is," and you are responsible for the security of the machine on which you install it.
The Service may allow you to connect third-party services (for example, AI provider CLIs or other connected apps). Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy, and Jeera is not responsible for third-party services.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation (but excluding Your Content), is owned by Jeera and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, we reserve all rights in the Service. You may not use Jeera's name, logo, or branding without our prior written permission.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback into the Service without any obligation to you.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the account menu. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 9, 12, 13, and 14) will survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. YOU USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR AUTOMATION, AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JEERA AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) 100 USD. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify and hold Jeera harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, your connection of third-party tools, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable local law requires otherwise (such as for consumers in the EEA, UK, or elsewhere with mandatory local protections). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law provides you a right to bring a claim in your local courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and, where appropriate, through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jeera regarding the Service.
